Amy: We should rotate teh keymaster because everyone who is currently a keymaster is not here regularly. Nikky has not really been here since camp, lux is only here once a month, the only person who is actively giving out keys is yuka. Yuka also wants to continue being a keymaster. enbyfoxen and lis also want to volunteeer. Lis: confirms she want’s to volunteer for this. enbyfoxen: confirms she want’s to voltuneer for this. No objections lodged by anyone present.

Amy: We can apparently get up to 250 Mbit/s downlink. Stephie: can we check what the modem is negotiating, i want to check what the modem is cappable of before paying. Amy: You can ask Kunsi about this. Stephie: Just make sure you’re not limited. Stephie: Do we have other options? It might theoretically be possible to get freifunk here. Get on the freifunk point to point backbone. It’d be useful as a backup or even main connection. Q: Do we have roof access though Stephie: we have to talk to landlord, probably a larger projet. Q: Do we even need faster internet? enbyfoxen, amy: Yes Stephie: We need more reliable. enbyfoxen: If there are 15 people in the AfRA, speeds go to shit. Stephie: What are the action items for this, i assume you (amy) will take up the action for this. Amy: I will talk to lynxis and find out who is managing the contract Stephie: I assume the plenum is fine with spending the money on faster internet. No objection from anyone present.

enbyfoxen: So, some stuff has gone missing. Specifically we are presently missing some kitchen knifes, we are missing the dremel, we are missing the sackkarre, as well as the towels. I’m gonna send out an email about this, and if i we dont find them within a week, i’d like to get replacements. Lis: Is it a good idea to buy new things if we don’t know where the missing things are. Room asks clarifications about what is missing. enbyfoxen: The items being missing is somewhat impacting the spaces usability. I’m assuming some items may have been semi-permanent loans taken back by their owners? enbyfoxen: I’ll wait until the next plenum before actually replacing anything. We can check back then if things have been returned. Action decision: We’ll wait what the messages to the mailing list result in, and decide what we want to replace at next plenum.

amy: The local network was changed, which broke the door lock ssh for several weeks. And it was annoying to fix. enbyfoxen: Mailing list post for breaking changes like this would probably be a good idea? amy: also consider announcing it a day or so in advance, and consider what may break when making changes. amy: It also prevent deploying keys to the door, which is a major problem.
